I’m here to show you how to break the yoyo dieting cycle and find freedom to eat without anxiety or guilt so you can live the life you deserve to the fullest.
I do this work with women because I know how much this diet culture of restriction, supplements, and the pursuit of the “perfect” body damage your ability to find real health and joy. You deserve better.
I am a relentlessly helpful health and mindset counselor. It’s not about telling you what to do, it’s about working with you to find what works for you.

Diet culture leads us to believe that our weight is the most important thing about us, that that number on the scale and the tightness of our muscles defines our worth. We teach women to do anything it takes to make themselves smaller, instead of learning to love themselves for who they are and pursue health.
The pursuit of weight loss stole my joy. It stole me away from moments with the people I loved, it made the person in the mirror an enemy, and it sapped my confidence.
Life before freedom
I went through endless cycles of losing weight only to regain it (plus a little extra every time). People would praise me for a weight loss phase without having any idea of the disorders going on behind the scenes.
I was defeated. I was tired, I was sick, I was unhealthy.
All the “gold-standard” programs and the “foolproof” tools only lasted for so long, and then… well, I regained the weight.
One day I finally got fed up. I was fed up with the cycles, with the tiredness, with something not quite right popping up in my health all the time. So I got help, and I put in the work, I worked on my mind, on my body and on my spirit.
After going through it all and maintaining my fat loss, I decided to transform this passion into supporting others.
I literally went back to school, hit the books, and what I found was staggering: not only was I not alone in my struggle, most people who diet chronically gain more and more weight as time goes by, and get less and less healthy.

As a Nutrition Coach I am raising the banner that we can love ourselves as we are... and want to change and be healthier.
I built the Guardrails Coaching so I could empower women to love themselves as they are, while pursuing health, confidence, and most importantly, freedom.
Let me tell you about me, beyond my size. Here are a few fun facts:
1. I am a mom of 2, and the photo above is me and my other half.
2. I am TERRIFIED of spiders. Panic attack terror.
3. My least meal would most certainly include chocolate.
4. I may or may not be addicted to romance novels. 😉
5. I tend to be cold most of the time, so in the winter I hibernate, in the summer I love the outdoors.
